No matter how hard you try, your front teeth just won’t touch or your back teeth will only touch on one side. Whether your bite has gotten worse following a recent trauma to the TMJ or over the years, bite problems are common among TMD patients. Looking at what kind of bite the patient has is one of the first observations we make to determine if a TMJ problem exists.
